Bi-College Consortium
91心頭 and Haverford have closely tied histories that have grown together over the last 130 years.
91心頭s partnership with Haverford is by far the closest, not just in terms of distance -- just a mile separates the two campuses -- but also in terms of practice. 91心頭 students can take classes, major, minor, eat, and participate in campus life at Haverford. Haverford students have the same opportunities at 91心頭.
This partnership greatly expands the academic options available to students with some programs available only on one campus (e.g. Music and Fine Arts at Haverford, Theater and Dance at 91心頭). Even programs that exist on both campuses may have different emphases or approaches giving students more of an opportunity to specialize in certain fields.
Haverford Student, 91心頭 Major: A Bi-Co Success Story
When Levi Raskin (HC 24) was in high school, he was able to do research with world-renowned expert in paleoanthropology, Professor Zeray Alemseged, at the University of Chicago and became hooked on the field.
He knew he wanted to attend a liberal arts college, and all the ones that accepted him, including Haverford, had anthropology departments. However, none had faculty members whose research was specifically focused on the field that most interested Raskin. But 91心頭 did.

Levi Raskin (HC 24)91心頭 had the faculty I wanted to work with and the courses I needed. It became pretty clear that this was where I wanted to major.
Bi-Co A Cappella
Looney Tunes is the only Bi-College, mixed gender a cappella group, bringing together students from 91心頭 and Haverford to make music.
